Wherever possible admissions are planned and the child/young person should be properly prepared before taking up residence. We always welcome informal discussions on the suitability of a placement, either by telephone or a visit.

Our aims are to create as nearly as
possible a happy family life for the children in our care, to help them to come to terms with past experiences, and develop a positive outlook for their future.

Young people are encouraged to use the
kitchen to cook and clean up after
themselves in order to teach them the
basic living skills for when they move on
to independence.
